Return Policy

Free Domestic Returns Within 30 Days

International Orders are not eligible for free returns. International customers may return items at their expense following the return guidelines below. Please note that RIDE Outerwear is not responsible for refunds of Duties and Taxes. 

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items within 30 days of original purchase. (Excludes Sales and Promotions)

  • To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging
  • A return label will be provided with your order (Excludes International Orders)
  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved in our system. Please allow 2-4 business days for funds to appear in your account after receiving this email.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

Warranty Policy

 ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT

  • Our warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials up to 90 days from the time of purchase. 
  • Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, exposure and extensive use, or normal wear and tear

PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER

  • Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with RIDE Outerwear on your behalf.
